UrduMagic · Open-source npm library

Creator & Maintainer

  • Built and published UrduMagic (v0.4.0), a 16 KB open-source npm library for offline English and Roman Urdu to Urdu translation, powered by a 10,000+ entry dictionary.
  • Added Next.js App Router/SSR and React hooks support, whole-site "Magic Mode" DOM translation with automatic RTL layout, and XSS protection.
  • Added custom vocabularies and missing-word detection with JSON export. Used in production on Atmandi.com.

  • Founded and built Atmandi, Pakistan's first livestock marketplace, solo: a Next.js 14 + Node.js/Express monorepo spanning web, mobile (Expo), and shared packages.
  • Built advanced search with geospatial radius search, relevance scoring, and MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
  • Implemented authentication (Google OAuth, JWT) and a full admin panel for moderation, disputes, and revenue analytics.
  • Built payment tracking for listing upgrades (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer) and shipped bilingual (English/Urdu) support.
